Tasting Notes
Organoleptic characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals aromas of apple, pear and pleasant mineral notes. When tasted it is well balanced, fine and elegant and easy to drink
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif and excellent, due to its structure, also for pairings with fish
